Onyxia loot lost to server crash AGAIN. Two weeks in a row.

This time we handed out one single item, and the server crashed on us and we lost our loot. This is insane. We thought it was crazy that it happened once, but twice in a row? Please, admins. Our guild is getting fucked. We need help. I dont have screenshots of the items this time because i was dead when looting began, but all I could do was capture my screen during the disconnect. I'm sure the admins can see we killed the boss and got nothing.

Date: Thursday March 31st, 2016, 19:15 server time.

It shows the loot that dropped, as well as the people and the Raid ID: 13835

Helm of Wrath: Zwoareshaq
Head of Onyxia: Theprotdream
Ring of Binding: Theprotdream
Shard of the Scale: Bratwürst

The rest is immaterial. Absolutely begging the admins at Nostalrius to please restore the loot to these people. As you can see from the screenshots, looting had already begun.

After logging back in, we have a new ID which is 3592. Not sure if this makes any difference. The one listed above was the original.

The crashed occured on Sunday, march 27th, 23:25 Server Time

If the items cannot be restored, I would like to ask that the admins reset the raid lock so that we can have a chance to do it again.

Seriously this happend for 2nd time. GMs please do something coz its not fun to kill a boss then the server go down and boom we lost the loot.. not once.. 2 times in a ROW!!!!!!!!!

You are posting the same thing for the 3-4th time and expecting a different answer? Welcome to nost, this same thing has been going on for 8 months, you either deal with losing loot occasionally or go to a different server.

I will deal with it. But that won't stop me from posting to ask to have it resolved (which it very easily and honestly can). However, I appreciate your petty attempt to get a rise out of me.

Petty attempt? I'm trying to save you and everyone else some time, you are EASILY the 50th guild that has asked for this, and guess how many of them got loot back? But please, keep posting and looking like an idiot.

*Edit : So after a whole 4 minute's of investigation I found this, which is actually about Ony back in August 2015. Maybe next time before turning into a crybaby all over the forums you actually take 5 minutes to research so you don't look like a dumbass. If there were less idiots like you the GMs and such would have more time to work on actual problems instead holding your hand like the child you are.

Regarding items recovery, we have strict rules that applied. They are defined in our terms of use.


We have not managed to distribute the following items before the server crashed:

Actually we can restore lost epic items after a server crash only if the items were already given to the player when the server crashed, and it is not the case here.
Thus, we can't proceed to any recovery.

Speaking of wasting time, save your own. I will post a complaint on the forums if our raid loot is lost to a disconnect, every time, without exception. I'm not just going to laugh it off.
