Bag problems

I'm new so i apologize if this is a regular thing or something maybe I forgot from back in the day. But I can't get any bags to open other than my backpack.... I've clicked them. Hit b. shift+b. Pressed the bag keys (f9 f10 etc). Yes, they are equipped in the slots. Once the backpack is full, inventory is full. Nothing will open, nothing can go inside. Currently attempting to roll with 2 brown pouches and 1 red pouch, like a boss. Does it have anything to do with the quiver? Either way... if someone can point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

There's a bug that sometimes happens when you equip a new bag and this happens. Here's another thread on it:

Try relogging, that usually fixes it.
