My account is locked by IP

Dear sir,
My username is lyt1993106 it was IP locked,but when I change my password, the site is displayed the username or the email is wrong.then I try to register a new account,I use "lyt1993106" again,the site is displayed this username was taken.so I'm sure the username is correct.I was very careful when I filled in my email address,it is "[email protected]". I have another account also use this email and it is ok. Can you help me to solve this problem? Thank You

Remove your account username and email address for security. They only need your in-game character name and server you play on.
