Account Hacked/Need PW reset

Hello,
I just tried to log into my account and i was unsuccessful. I know exactly what the password is, and i have it written down, but it is not working. I am assuming my account was hacked and the password changed. Can anyone help me with a reset?

They need your character name and server you play on. (Note: Do NOT give your account name for security).
