character missing

Hey! So i just installed the game on my new laptop, and somehow my character has gone missing. Cant find it on the character screen. I cant create a new character with the same name and my friends can see me on their friendlist. Any GM who can help me with it?

Check and double-check you are on the correct realm.

It indeed sounds like your character exists and is safe, but it could be you are logging into e.g. the PvP server instead of the PvE or whatever.

If you want the GM's to confirm the character exists, why didn't you write the character name?

Hey, yeah i have doublechecked it. The characters name is Soupnazl.

Delete your WDB and WTF folders and try again, even though you're most likely on the wrong acc
