Cannot login more than 4 hours after supposed fix

Cannot login, I don't understand why. I watched the server population spike when they apparently fixed the server issues. Not working for me though.

Try deleting your "Cache" and "WTF" folder, this should allow you to get back in.

I can also not log in, I did delete wtf and wdb folders, but no change.
It has been more than 7 hours later now.
