I created an alt with a very inappropriate name as i was experimenting during the day to see what kinds of names it would let me make through the system. I am used to these kinds of things being filtered out so i was seeing what kinds of nasty words i could create an alt with. I was aware that i would probably have to rename and apologize if I had actually offended anyone. The worst ive heard happen to people with bad names is a rename so I continued to try out my paladin. I understand after reading the TOS (unfortunately too late) that it is up to you guys on the nost team to decide what happens when a user takes an inappropriate name. However it says this ban is temporary... id like to know how long i am banned for if I have no way out of this.
I would be more than happy to rename or even DELETE this paladin and start over with a friendly name that will not bother other people. I have never hacked, cheated, or afkd, or botted. I would just like to play the game, and i am sorry for any troubles i may have caused you or users i may have upset.

Thanks for the timely response and please ignore the copy of this thread i posted in account issues. As for my other warnings, I only received one for safe-spotting in gadgetzan. I was in the wrong here and I deserved this.
My defending of the dun baldar via vanndar stormpike's rooftop was deemed allowed vrs the horde who were climbing walls to get into the base. I spoke with the GM extensively on how i gained access to the roof through jumping up the sides. (to ironically stop the horde from cheating and skipping all our defenses using the mountainside as an entrance to our base.)
And I was incorrectly accused of safe-spotting when I was on a rooftop in moon brook shooting mobs and causing traitors to climb up, but this in no way falls into EITHER category of what i read in the terms of use. I didn't interrupt this quest for a period of longer than a couple of hours.
"Engaging in combat whilst standing on a section of the world that neutralizes the ability of town guards to detect and/or engage you. (there are no guards in moonbrook)
Engaging players through various world terrain, such as roofs that is otherwise not possible, to facilitate and/or grant you an advantage." ( i was no engaged vrs players).
I definately think some of these warnings were incorrect. I should have 1 legitimate warning against me. But if it has to be that way, when do the records go back to normal? if ever.

You were warned on the following occasions:
September 5, 2015 for safe spotting.
January 23, 2016 for an unrecorded violation (but it was a simple warning, not final warning at the time).
March 28, 2016 for safe spotting again.
Then finally on April 1 for naming violation.
The number of warnings just means that we've placed you in a Final Warning category.
