Is this a joke or blackmail?

Hello GM:
I received a letter today from "Notic", I don't know Notic is a player's name or a sever Notic.

However, the content of the letter looks like from an administrator, it said that for the WOW-Nostalrius server administration congratulates me on the anniversary of the server and gives me a modest souvenir. It's my fault that I didn't notice the "COD" in front of title, so I lost at least 50 golds.

At the beginning I think it's a joke in April Fool's Day... now I doubt that I was cheated by a faker and blackmailed. Then I snap the screen immediately.
