Account banned - Nostalrius begins PVE

Dear Nostalrius staff,

When attempting to login to my character "shifted" on nostalrius begins PVE server i got the message that my account was banned. when logging into the main site I only got the notification that my account was banned permanently.

Last time i logged in successfully was 17/03/2016.
Can you please let me know the reason my account has been banned?
