C.O.D. scam

I've received from player Notifise a letter contained cheap bag with C.O.D. 55gold. I realize that its scam and tried to forward it back with banana. But somehow I have lost this 55g 8(((. So there are no difference between to get this useless scam letter and pay 55g, and to FORWARD it to sender and LOSE this 55 gold ANYWAY! I ask you to get my wasted money (55 gold) back from this scammer and punish him!
P.S. also made an ingame ticket about this fraud event.

GM's does not recover lost items or gold due to scam, but scammers will be perma-banned when caught, so good you reported it.

Also note, should you actually succeed in returning the letter to the sender with a COD amount, then YOU would be scamming as well. Two wrongs don't make a right - you would have been banned too.
