Can not login: bad credential with my account

Hi! I am the account owner of c569965343. When I try to login to the web page of Nostalrius, it always says bad credential even after I successfully reset my password several times with my email. I wonder why is that heppening, thanks!

Remove your account name for security. They only need your character name and server you play on.
