Can't re-accept Defensive Stance Quest

I foolishly abandoned the quest "Ulag the Cleaver" from the Undead warrior trainer in Brill. I realize now I cannot accept my level 10 warrior quest from the trainer in Brill or from the trainer in Razor Hill; they don't offer it. I'm not sure what I should do here, as I'm unable to open a GM ticket in-game. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, level 10 is not very far, you can try re-rolling.
