Banned account - logging in ban?

Hi!

This is the second time in one week ive been banned for no particular reason!
I had problems logging in a few minutes ago, where it was "authenticating" and ended up with being "unable to connect" ! I tried to login some more times, and *POOF*... "This account has been closed" !

I really like this server and all, but this is getting anoying, and i really want to play here.. This is the 4th day of leveling im missing out on as my friends progress to 60!

How can I get a ban for trying to log into your servers when your servers have connections issues ( some of my guildmembers also had troubles connecting) ?

Please help me and fast please.. I want to level my warlock..

Any chance I can get some levels or any compensation for these issues that have cost me precious time!

From another thread about someone having similar login issues:

If you are still having problems logging in, then there are two common reasons that might be the cause:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.

I don't know if either of those solutions will help, but give them a try. Even if you know the password, resetting it may help anyways. Good luck.
