So couple of days have past and I must say that I agree with you guys. Only today I've seen more than 10 green items drop in Shimmering Flats and one rare.

I have not seen one Blue item drop and I'm lvl 27, not sure what you are talkin about

Between several dungeons, several sets of elite quests, and quite a lot of grinding, I've only seen 2 rares, and maybe 20 greens. I feel like rates are right about where they need to be. I mean, maybe I'm one of the people getting semi unlucky, but the AH leads me to believe that drops rates are pretty accurate.
