Druid - Heart of the Wild not working as intended

I gained 27 hp from this stat going from 8% increase in stamina to 12% increase. This cant be working as intended I have over 140 stamina. Please and thank you, keep up the good work :)

Heart of the Wild is only adjusting BASE Stamina as intended.
