Stuck dead, please help

Hello everyone!

While spending a talent point in the talent tree and running in ghost form to my body I experienced something that never has happend to me before. My spirit/ghost form DIED.

So now my "spirit body" is laying here dead, cant press any release spirit or use the stuck tool...

Really unsure what to do, please help! Thx
