All boots gone after server restart

I don't know if it's related, but the NPC to who players can turn in clothes for Reputation are gone too, in SW/IF/Darnassus at least (confirmed by several players ; clearing the WDB file doesn't fix it).

That's probably an intended fix as those weren't supposed to be in the game yet.

Oh, are you sure, they weren't in the game pre-1.4?
