I have my email and account name but cannot remember my pass

For the life of me I cannot remember my password. I changed the last few numbers up over a hacking rumour that went around the server at some point and now I cannot remember it. It is driving me nuts. I have tried to do the transfer but I cannot remember it!!!

How can I fix this? I dont have the time to lvl again unfortunately and my toon was raid ready QQ
