I changed my password when Nos recommended it, and just cannot remember it now.
If I use the token request form and only my account name and email, the token email never arrives. I have tried for 24 hours now.
I do not have a gmail or hotmail account for the account, so as far as I can tell, I'm out of luck. You cannot change your Nos' account email now, right? IE, I can't use:
<myusername>
<new gmail email address>
I have to use the email address associated with my account and it's never reaching me.
