I have been trying to aquire my token for transfer to elysium, but am having trouble. I am certain I used the email I registered with and I was pretty sure I had the correct account name but can't seem to get it to work. I know names of two of the characters, character professions and such. Can a Mod or administrator please message me about this? Thank you.

The staff will not help with doing account transfers for you.

You have to check if everything you type in is correct. If you don't remember, you have to keep trying to remember.
