Can't transfer my char's to Elysium, :(

I already transfered my account to Elysium Project, but they say that there's no characters on it. How could this be?
I played on Nostalrius PvP until two weeks before its fatidic end and now there's no characters. Really sad

If you can tell me what happened with this I'd be really grateful. Much more if I can recover my old tauren druid, called Knosos.
