All my gear is gone on my 60 :/

So I just logged back on to my account that I haven't played on since before the server shut down, but for some reason I have no gear at all. My character is level 60 and is naked :/ Is this something that has occurred for others and is there a way to solve this? I thought I was gonna get my character back like it was before the server shut down.

One thing I can add is that I did the account transfer like 1-2 hours ago, so after the fact that they had the server down to fix a similar issue that other people experienced.

I'd really appreciate if someone from the staff had the time to answer this

So does anyone know what I can do other than wait for a reply here?.. Doesn't feel like there is anyone that even wants to look into the matter, or is there somewhere else I should turn to try and solve my issue?
