[BUG] The Cyclonian

So I was doing the warrior quest to get my Whirldwind Axe and I gathered everything I needed. Problem is the questgiver doesn't want to complete the quest.

I have the quest marked as complete, but the NPC's question mark is still grayed out and I can't complete it.

hey try putting the stuff in your bank and abandoning, and re accepting the quest

Thanks man, it worked! Also thanks to the GM who had mailed me with same info and I was just too blind to see it.
