Troll racial Regeneration

I don't believe this racial is working at all.

It says that 10% of health regen will continue during combat but when I am in combat, I dont regenerate any health at all.

Is this bugged?

additionally the actice racial doesn't work correctly. it should have more increased cast/attack speed when at lower life, but it doesnt

Its fuckin 5 hp every 5 seconds at60 i believe maybe at your lvl its 0.5;-)
The serker issue is more important tough.
