I cant change my realm

So I accidentally tried to log into a test server. Now I cant seem to figure out how to leave it from the log in screen. I cant even connect into the game anymore. Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried redownloading it already

When you log in press ESC before connected to the server, that way the realmlist will pop up.
