Missing quest item - Spectral Essence

Good day, yesterday me and my squad were doing Scholomance run and we were doing quest Kirtonos the Herald (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=5384), after which we are supposed to get Spectral Essence (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=13544). For unknown reason, me Nick - Kratuzov and my mate - Mowgli didnt received mentioned item, which is important for further quests in this big quest chain. Others in our squad obtained this item. We hope there is some chace of recovering this lost quest item for us. Thank you very much.

This leads to second bug, and that is Eva Sarkhoff is supposed to give another Spectral Essence when first one is missing, which she is not providing.
