mail bug.. or AH bug.

lost a couple of gold while bidding on silk cloth. i bid for 30-35s and then someone outbid me and i received in the mail only 1s for each bid, for around 5-6bids.

first of all, im afraid to bid and having this trouble again cuz money is hard to get.
and secondly, how can i get my money back? is that out of the question?
