As far as I can tell the Keyring is bugged.
Can someone confirm this? I couldn't find any post regarding it.
I can loot keys and they go into the Keyring, so it does expand.
But the expanded slots aren't visible, only the 4 first slots are.
I guess it doesn't matter as long as you keep track of which keys you have and which you don't.
But still nice if there would be a fix at some point.
