[BUG] Can't complete cyclonian quest.

Can't complete it even though I've gathered everything, tried relogging and made a ticket.

He has a grey question mark over his head.

put the items in your bank and abandon, reaccept quest. should work then

How can I be sure the items won't disappear?

It says it will destroy the essence if I abandon it, even if banked.
