Can't loot

I cannot seem to loot any items?
Does somebody know what's going on?

If the icon never lights up no matter how close you get, it is likely that your client and the server are out of sync, meaning your client thinks the corpse is in one place, but the server things it is in another.

Exiting the client and logging back in should solve this issue.
