Retrieving Character List Freeze

hello, I am new to this server. I played one day long yesterday. Then I can't connect because it keeps loading with Retieving Character List. I wait 20 minutes and it still here, what's wrong?

Server is under maintenance at the moment.

Try This:

1)Delete for WTF Folder
2)Start the game and try to login.
3) if it doesn't work -> Restore the old WTF Folder. (U need to overwrite the New WTF folder with the old Folder u r restoring!)
