Would be great if they would notify us of the issue instead of letting people sit around with no clue as to when it will be up or why it's down in the first place.

Stuck at "Retrieving character list"

I've been online and playing, the server just did a shutdown because of a problem they had with their servers and all data since 11:00 AM will be lost(in game), if I understood it correctly. No idea how long the shutdown lasts for though
