Tailoring NPC Quest Bug in Searing Gorge

Dear Support,

An ingame GM lead me to this section of the forum to post my problem here as detailed as i can, so herei am .
I was doing a Tailoring Quest in Searing GOrge named Shadoweaver ( http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=3379 ), everything was fine i turned in the quest (recived my reward) then i got the next part of the quest named the The Undermarket ( http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=3385 ) . When i clicked on Accept, it said Your are not eligiable for that / this quest, its automaticly closes the chat/talk window between me and the NPC itself.
No exclamation mark above the npc ( not even grey one ) , cannot talk with her at all. ( if im not mistaken and aowow aint incorrect, i have to be lvl 46 to be eligiable for the quest The Undermarket , i am corrently level 50 ) .

Hi, what's your tailoring skill? I noticed a comment saying it requires 250+ to pick up the quest. Could be it?
Anyway, not sure, just trying to help. Good luck with everything.

Maybe that , i did these Quests on the Rebirth server where i had 230 tailoring ( im pretty sure about this ) .
MY skill here is somewhere 240ish . I can try to get it to 250+ and try it again . Thanks for the tip.
