How to contact a GM?

So I was doing BRD and we kept the Princess alive so we can turn in the Quest on her.
When the Emperor died she became friendly but then a disconnect happened and after logging back in she was tagged as an enemy again.
I opened a ticket ingame but I don't know if this works.
Still standing infront of her , the trash is slowly respawning tho.

Well you did the proper thing, maybe the gamemasters were occupied or there werent any online. Anyway you were out of luck.

The best way to contact a Game Master is via the ticket system in-game.

We often answer to tickets within 5-10 minutes after they've been created. However, with such a big player base peaking at ~6000 players we are not close to enough Game Masters to cover them all at once. Therefore we have opened recruitment located here; viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4450.

Interesting. I have submitted one ticket everyday for the last two weeks. All for the same issue. Never have I received a response. It's a pretty big issue too that relates to an important skill that cannot be learned (Paladin-Redemption skill). We aren't talking about spawn times, bad behaviour or drop rates here. We are talking about a skill that can hurt a class from being invited to 5 man dungeons. You think I like being invited to a 5 man dungeon as a Holy Paladin (and being the only one who can rez) and then having the party find out my useless Paladin cannot rez?. Yeah, it's not very fun.

What you are referring to is a bug that has already been reported to us and will be fixed as soon as possible. Bugs that occur on the server are sent on to our developers, not game masters.
