Loot disappeared

Kratlusker and I killed a spider in searing gorge, Kang the Decapitator dropped and both of us needed on it - but none of us got the loot.

I wrote a "item" ingame ticket with the information about when and from who the axe dropped. When will we hear something from you guys?
