wondering the same. can't seem to find anything and no reply from in game ticket system for 4 days.

Are you sure you're making the correct kind of ticket? there's only 1 option that allows you to talk to GMs and that is the "Stuck" option. The rest of the ticket options just submits a bugreport.

I made two tickets in one day and GMs replied within a few hours on both of them so 4+ Days without a reply seem rather unlikely.
