If Nostarlius charged a service fee to recover a deleted account this could provide an option for those who really want their account back. This charge would cover the time it would take to retrieve an older version of the account from their backup database and then restore it to the live database.

And not only for deleted account refunds right? It could work also for lost loot on rollbacks, etc.

I'm not sure about individual items. Seems like it would be more trouble than it is worth for one or two items.

Today with more calm i looked up for my account and it exists, but the characters have been deleted. Password is still changed.
