It appears my password has been changed. I have friends online that say my account is online, and when they try to whisper my character they get put on ignore. ;=;

My level 50 hunter got deleted by some random hacker who first changed my account password.
The GM's and the staff don't want to help because they say that the account security is on your own responsibility.

We need to change this and reclaim a password recovery system, linking the account to a e-mail. Also a character recovery system.
