If you played before and your account has not been compromised or banned and you clean installed and followed all the instructions to get your config file looking exactly like stated in link posted and realmlist is correct and you are acting as administrator, then the only thing left is your ISP.

If you did all above you're set up correctly. You can always try downloading a VPN to route your service differently. Not my area of expertise.

I think the problem is on the server, because the newly created accounts are functioning normally.

create a new account, it comes with no problems.
but where is the guarantee that tomorrow will not happen again?
every day for a new account - it's not MMO
