Portrait Bug

My portrait, as well as my targets portraits, are appearing in a strange off-center fashion. This is happening to around 80% of my targets and to my own portrait frame nearly every time I log in or do something that would cause the frame to reset (equip, un-equip, etc.) Please help me fix this. Thanks

I have already tried deleting my WDB folder. It did not do anything

did you do something for it to be like that or was it that way when you logged in?

no addons are causing this it was doing it prior to installing the few i have. to make sure i deleted them and it still didnt fix it. usually it happens to my portrait when i do something to reset the portrait frame (logging in, equipping, unequipping, zoning in somewhere, hearthing, etc.) when it appears like that on npcs and other players it is completely random
