Cant turn in Completed quests

I have about three quests in Blasted Lands and 1 in Searing Gorge that are completed but I cannot turn them in. I am a 48 warrior really trying to get to 50 because this is an akward level for warrirors, and its aggravating I took the time to do these quests and cannot turn them in. Is this a common thing?

Restart your client and clear the "WDB" folder in your 1.12.1 folder.

The Blasted Lands quests, drop and re-take (I'm assuming these are the collecting quests) If the SG quest is Ledger from Tanaris, try banking the items and removing them.
