Faction Changes

I'm waiting for the faction imbalance to reach a 30% / 70% ratio or worse and see what people have to say on the matter then. It's not that bad yet, but 6 months down the road? I'll be very curious to see what the balance will be at that stage.

I thought faction changing could make the absolute opposite of unbalancing a server : balancing it. Like Redcap, let's wait a few month to see 3K UD mages and let's think again about faction changing
