Account closed

[rengen]

Hello.
After few hours break i try to login to my account , username : rengen and it say its closed .
Also my other account , username :rengenot where my alt is become closed the one i use only for checking AH / proffesions and useing it like bank .
May i know the reason my accounts are closed or banned couse i never exploit somth or used hack / bot or any other forbitten thing .
