Banned for lockpicking in westfall-tower

Hello, yesterday I was banned for 'hacking' when i tried to skill my lockpicking, as i can recall rogues have always used that box to skill it from 75 to 175. it has to be a misunderstanding. i wonder if that is any chance to have my account back or is it gone forever?

Kraft said in a PM he had busted hundreds of rogues and druids for illegitimate pickpocketing and lockpicking. For some unspecified reason, it doesn't work right on this server and they're punishing the players. Where he got druids from, I don't know.
