Account randomly banned what?

Hello, I was just questing along in Westfall when i got DC'd and when i tried to logg back in I was banned?

I don't know why and there's literally nothing on my account worth anything so idk why i got banned.

Please unbann me I'm only level 9 and ive been playing for like 4 hours.
