Randomly Unable To Loot Anything

I apologize if this isn't the right place to post this but I've not been able to find anywhere else and wasn't sure whether we're supposed to use the in-game ticket system the same as in retail.

As per the title, I'm frequently and randomly unable to loot mobs on any of my characters.

This tends to occur (but isn't limited to) the moment I've logged in - the first mob I kill, I will be unable to loot - so I log out and back in again (sometimes twice) to see if that fixes it - sometimes it does, other times it doesn't and when it doesn't, I just remain logged out for anything up to half an hour before trying again.

On other occasions, I'll be questing without any problems whatsoever, when that problem suddenly occurs out of the blue, all over again, necessitating me logging out and back in again (which is frustrating when you've been waiting for a particular quest objective and then not be able to loot it).

I have to say, though, that this is the only bug I've come across (only started playing on Nos a few days ago) so it's pretty impressive.

This is not a bug..
Mobs don't always drop loot in vanilla.
