So is there a way to change account password? I recently discovered that my bad luck with connecting to your game server might be related to having a long password (10-20 characters). I came to this conclusion because after making a new account with shorter password everything works just fine. With the older account I have the basic "unable to connect" screen.
With my old account I can connect to the server only now and then but I dont want to loose it because of progression Ive already made.

I haven't been able to log in to my account last evening and today. I was wondering if the staff could change my password to a shorter one and pm it for me so that I can log in again and change it? I can give you the account's email address and you can send it there, Its your call. Account's name is duunari.
I can still log in with another account with a shorter password so I'm pretty sure that the long password is the problem here.
