It is a bit confusing that while the quest description says I have to collect Green whelp blood from dragons in the swamp of sorrows the objective says that I have to collect a deepstrider tumor from a giant in the Desolace. I learned that the quest has been changed but I still do not know which version exist in the game now.

I found out that the tumor is dropped by the giant in the desolace. However the quest description still needs correction.
