Why dose GM not answer private message ?

My friend was also ban for no reason, without any warnings. Not only did they ban his character, but they ban his entire account, thus breaking their own written Terms of Service.

The GMs don't care about you. They don't care about us.

Can you actually explain to the guy what he did wrong instead of just copy and pasting the rules? Game Masters need to act more professional than this.

Greetings, Igen was even so nice as to highlight which section you violated. In case you weren't aware, spawning 200 gryphons is abusing a bug.
