Won't let me create Account! - HELP!!

Getting an error with "Account Creationg Limit Reached" whenever i try to make an account

Tried woth over 4 emails, 3 different browsers.. And yes the Rbot question is tagged..

What the hell do i do?

It means your IP address has already created too many accounts.

Also, why did you create two threads for the same issue?
